Contracted Product Marketing & Growth Manager, museLIVE, San Francisco |
museLIVE is a VC funded start up based in Silicon Valley building a mental wellness app called Quabble (https://quabble.app). Working here on product has been very emotionally rewarding. Reading daily user letters thanking the app for improving their mental health always makes me deeply realize the power design has to shape people’s lives.
Driving Product Growth, Marketing & User Acquisition
-
After taking over the company’s Instagram and Facebook channel, I redefined their marketing aesthetic and brand identity.
This rebrand led to 4M+ views (2M+ organic), a +773% increase in view growth, and thousands of new followers. -
I am actively contributing to B2B collaboration with a globally recognized brand. The project is NDA-protected but I can explain broader details in an interview!
I organized outreach to a globally established business for a collaboration and established a friendly point of contact between the two companies.
-
Over summer 2025, I led our company’s Growth & Acquisition Team.
Under my leadership, we launched a YouTube channel user-story based series, reached out to organizations such as school clubs and universities, and executed user research to define our user personas. -
Ran meta ad campaigns including A/B test. Constantly analyzing social media insights to see differences in conversion and meaningful impressions.
Leading UI/UX Design of App Feature, and Improving D-0 & Onboarding
-
A high-demand feature is finally in development! Due to NDA, I am happy to share more broad details about my other design projects in an interview.
-
I first identify core user pain points on the app’s existing features to recognize what problems can be fixed for this new feature.
I also analyze user behavior and needs by looking at surveys, reviews, letters, and past interview logs. The ultimate goal is prioritizing user conversion and ah-ha activation moments in the UX. -
First, I begin with rough brainstorming on a FigJam. This phase includes bringing in industry benchmark designs, hand-drawn sketches, and rough post-its to illustrate a rough flow.
Lo-fi design lays out core features and pages.
Mid-fi establishes detailed layout, including ever action item button, rough final aesthetic, and detailed designs for certain pages. -
Happy to share more in an interview :)
